Update README with more detailed OS X instructions (#1344)

* Update README with more details OS X instructions

- Adds detailed instructions on syncing ca certs and avoiding SIP issues
outlned in https://github.com/Jackett/Jackett/issues/1179

* Move ubuntu instructions to linux section
