90d9e7d41e Moved episodeCount logic to mediaFileProvider. 
Episode count counts by 5 now, so it doesn't take forever.

5953ae038e EpisodesWithoutFiles will ignore episodes with an air date before 1900. 
Renamed SiteLayout to _Layout (MVC3 standard)
Moved some images to the image folder.
