Working on validation for forms, issues with server side, not sure how to post back model with AJAX submit, yet.
Split out settings model to support validation.

Added Timer, will hold timer information for RSS Sync and eventually backlog searching.
Attempt at styling configuration page, lots of work to go though.

More config pages have been added. AJAX to save. Order with jquery sortable.
Some RssFeed Parsing has been implemented, it does not currently download items, still need to perform a more verbose episode check.
