# Indexer Seed Ratio
Indexer seed ratio/seed time is a feature in Sonarr that allows you to set a target seed ratio before a torrent gets removed from your client.
This feature only applies to torrent clients as Usenet downloads do not seed.
## Compatibility
Due to limited APIs in some clients, Sonarr is not able to its magic in all clients. Please see the table for compatibility with your client.
