* fese library was updated
* mergerfs_mode support was dropped. Too much false positives
* extended codec support (two new codecs added: webvtt and mov_text)
* disable conversion to srt by default

423 code retries were blocking every language query for too much time.
The amount of retries was reduced from 5 to 3

Vitiko 5fc93bcb1d Update tests 
Assrt provider tests were removed as they are not compatible with
the latest "subliminal_patch" updates.

For convenience, I've added a test submodule called "subliminal_patch"
where we can test providers separately.
