Cloudflare improvements (#1448) 
* Upgraded cloudscraper to fix multiple issues with providers that uses antibot page.

* Fixed subs4series provider. It now require anti-captcha provider to download subtitles. One captcha will have to be solved for each download. #1442

- remove allowed_countries parameter when call guessit as it's not necessary now and in the way which it's used, it throw an exception in guessit 3
- add downloaded subtitle files to the cache
- check subtitle notes for additional inforamtion about the release
