Improved napiprojekt to search for subtitles using video metadata. 
Prior to this change bazarr could lookup napiprojekt subtitles only by hash of
the video file.

Vitiko 5fc93bcb1d Update tests 
Assrt provider tests were removed as they are not compatible with
the latest "subliminal_patch" updates.

For convenience, I've added a test submodule called "subliminal_patch"
where we can test providers separately.
