Gestdown: Check for show before checking for subtitle (#1962) 
Will reduce the number of different calls to the provider and only ask for subtitle when we know the show exists.

Use new endpoint for gestdown (#1949) 
This endpoint rely on caching from cloudflare and will better scale.

Right now, I'm getting around 3M request per day, so I'd like to use the caching as much as possible.

This removes unused code from subliminal_patch's core. Thanks to

vitiko98 696becbeb1 Try to avoid guessit internal exception (#1858) 
I was unable to reproduce the exception, but I found a strange pattern:
whenever the hints["expected_title"] value had the same value as the
title found in the filename, there was a list from the rebulk module
constantly growing. Once I remove the expected_title "hint", this
behavior is gone.

This change is transparent. If for some reason guessit returns a
different movie/series title, Bazarr will refine it with the database
anyway.

423 code retries were blocking every language query for too much time.
The amount of retries was reduced from 5 to 3
