4c1c2667b6 Use macros instead of magic numbers when creating and parsing handshake. 
Make it trivial to disable extended messaging or azureus protocol at compile-time, for debugging.

2ead51f79d Use __BEOS__ to test for beos instead of relying on the build to set SYS_BEOS. 
Add missing headers and other miscellaneous fixes for beos.
