Add a getter/setter for torrent announce URLs as text that can be copied
and pasted: one URL per line, with a blank line between tiers.
C API: tr_torrentGetTrackerList() and tr_torrentSetTrackerList()
RPC APi: `trackerList` in `torrent-get` and `torrent-set`.
This deprecates `trackerAdd`, `trackerRemove`, and `trackerEdit`
from the RPC API.
This commit adds labels to the torrent-add method, allowing RPC users to
specify labels when adding a torrent. Labels metadata is commonly known
when adding torrents, so this removes the need to send another
torrent-set call to add labels.
Additionally, transmission-remote is updated to handle labels in
torrent-add.

It's never been documented or supported and is unused by the web client.
In the unlikely case that a 3rd party app is using it, use 'torrent-add'
instead; it's documented + supported.
* refactor: add an enumeration of the script types
This simplifies the API by having a single set of functions that can be
used for getting/setting all the script types.
I'm basing this information on 454f55a9a2/gtk/tr-prefs.cc (L1185-L1186) which if I'm interpreting it right means that the same setting is labeled as "Use UPnP or NAT-PMP port forwarding from my router".
I couldn't find infos about the "status" field of "torrent-get" in this file or on the web, so I had to look in the source code to find it, and I don't think everyone will do that. So it would be nice for this file to contain details about status

This is a cheap way for RPC clients to know what type of content is in a
torrent. This info can be used to display the torrent, e.g. by using an
icon that corresponds to the mime type.

The last time during this session that any tr_info field changed
(e.g. trackers/filenames edited or magnet torrent got metadata).
RPC clients can monitor this to know when to reload fields which
don't usually change.
* feat: add optional "format" arg to torrent-get RPC
If the "format" request was "objects" (default), "torrents" will be an
array of objects, each of which contains the key/value pairs matching
the request's "fields" arg. This is unchanged from previous versions.
If the format was "table", then "torrents" will be an array of arrays.
The first row holds the keys and each remaining row holds a torrent's
values for those keys. This format is more efficient in terms of JSON
generation and JSON parsing.
