Improve argument parsing for `-P`, `-o`, `-S`

* `-P "subtitle,thumbnail:PATH"` is now possible. Similarly for `-o`
* `-S "fps,br" -S "res,codec"` is now interpreted as `-S res,codec,fps,br`. Previously, `-S fps,br` was ignored in this case.
